We are big supporters of theatre outside of London. After all, why should London have all the fun? So our latest competition takes us outside of London. To Northampton to be precise. It’s a chance to win a pair of tickets to see Song of the Summer for any of its performances on 11/12/13 or 14 August.
About the show
The ultimate gig theatre experience.
A coming of age comedy drama exploring the highs and lows of teenage life through the eyes of young musicians in a 2006 Northampton setting.
With original songs and a dynamic ‘gig theatre staging, at The Picturedrome music venue, ‘Song of the Summer’ is a love letter to a time and place; dramatizing the tension between friendship and artistic integrity, encapsulating the sheer joy of music with the world at your feet.
This production is produced in partnership by Cherwell Theatre Company, Royal & Derngate and The Picturedrome.

Cherwell Theatre Company is a creative home for young theatre-makers in Banbury and the surrounding areas. Their stated aim is to give young people a sense of self-belief, wellbeing and value by bringing them together with professional artists to make theatre.

Tickets and General Information
Song of the Summer will play at The Picturedrome, Northampton between 11 and 28 August. Full times and dates along with bookings can be found here.
There will be a livestreamed performance on Thursday 18 August. This performance will also be signed.
Tickets are just £13 (£11 for concessions).

Terms & Conditions
The prize is for two tickets to Song of the Summer at any preview performance between 11 and 14 August. No alternative dates or cash alternative is available.
Competition closes at 12am (noon) on 25 June 2022. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and will be notified within 24 hours. The winner has three days to accept the prize, provide contact details and confirm which date they wish to attend, otherwise a new winner will be chosen at random. All additional expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. Editor’s decision is final.
