The Collective Project, Camden People’s Theatre – Review
Like last year, this night of new writing offers fresh work in a fun format. Though not quite as special as previous incarnations, the night offers some great moments.

A Christmas Carol, Middle Temple Hall – Review
A magical show that’ll give you instant Christmas spirit!
-
Nativity In Creakebottom, New Diorama Theatre – Review
This irreverent jolly on the birth of Jesus is laugh-out-loud funny, and was a great way to see in the Christmas period.
-
Widowers’ Houses, The Orange Tree Theatre – Review
A really enjoyable production of one of Shaw’s least celebrated plays. Entirely successful and highly recommended!
-
Eric and Little Ern, St James Theatre – Review
Not a story of Morecambe and Wise themselves, but more of a reflection on and reproduction of their comedy act. This is a pleasant and funny walk down memory lane.
-
Raymondo, Battersea Arts Centre – Review
A real page-turner, read with warmth and humour.
-
A Christmas Carol, Pleasance Theatre – Review
With tighter acting and more comedy this could be a great show.
-
The Merchant of Venice, Almeida Theatre – Review
This sparkling RSC production gives Shakespeare’s legendary play new vitality and glamour.
