Dave B on the joys of Fringe Theatre and writing for ET
Some might suggest we simply forgot to organise a guest for this week’s Runn Radio show, and so had to grab the nearest reviewer we could find. We would completely dispute this suggestion.
Rather we thougth it would be a nice change of pace to talk to someone on the other side of things, so instead of a show maker, a show reviewer. And that lucky person was our own Dave B.
Dave has only written for ET since early this year, but has already proven himself game for most theatre. And it’s not like he doesn’t have experience, since returning to London a few years back he has immersed himself into the theatre scene and can be found in a venue a fair few times every week. Even when not reviewing he still finds time to see other productions, from the West End to the smallest of fringe venues.
So, there was lots to talk about. From some of his favourite shows, both for reviewing and for pure pleasure, and just why he is still seeking out that elusive Irish/ New Zealand cross over play.
You can find a list of all reviews from Dave here.
