Efficient revival of a lightweight gay love story

In an US town in the 1980s, the owner of a map shop and his off-beat and flighty companion try to come to terms with the increasing loss of many of their friends to an unspecified disease in this important production.

An honest and brave account of what it is like to suffer from HIV, with good performances from the whole cast and an exceptional design team.

This show reminds us it’s still important to keep talking about HIV and does so with warmth, if a little too much reflection.
