Really enjoyed this one act play. Well acted, interestingly staged and very well written, with crossing dialogue, improvisation and music all adding to the production. It also works as a straight view into the world of the paramedics, who are so much more than how most people see them. They’re first at a scene and dealing with all kinds of difficulties, not just medical.
Unsung heroes too often.

A play that covers a lot of thought-provoking ground, without ever making its audience feel that it is being overwhelmed by the action. There are times when it comes close to doing that, but (especially in scenes where the characters have concurrent monologues), Rachel Creeger demonstrates that she knows exactly how far she can push her viewing public. This skill is complemented by very imaginative use of the space available – not just the stage. Definitely one to see.
