With more than a passing nod towards Tim Burton, this is a play for those who like things that little bit darker.

A superb adaptation of what could have been a dry play, full of emotion that could be seen clearly in such an intimate setting.

Pros: An unusual setting and superb performances that made great use of the venue’s features. Cons: Scena Mundi’s production took a while to hit its stride and was possibly twenty minutes too long. Plus the pew seating really needed cushions. Is there such a phrase as ‘modern traditional’? If not, maybe this production from Scena Mundi Theatre Company should be the starting point for that genre. A fun play which takes a modern approach to the subject of relationships in the 21st century. It rarely flags as it flies through its 80 minutes.

Whilst enjoyable this felt half done, and left me feeling cheated for both the length and it's lack of any clear meaning.

Due to the challenging subject matter, it’s not for everyone but Clickbait is a great, thought-provoking play, exploring social attitudes to sex and woman.

A great way to introduce your younger family members to the theatre and the wonders of watching a live performance, and one that won't leave parents clock watching waiting for it all to be over. 

It might be labelled as adult, but don't let that put you off. The adult nature is just some dodgy innuendo and colourful language, but nothing should cause much offence to anyone willing to give it a try.

As a piece of visual art alone the three performers – together with fantastic choreography and hypnotic music – are enough to draw your attention for the hour long performance.

A really enjoyable night, not just because of the play itself, but also thanks to the all-round effort both before and after the show in terms of hospitality.
